Hiji-Ate – reception, designed to fight unarmed with an armed enemy. This technique was developed by Yagyu Munenori. But you should always remember that a fighter with a weapon is much more dangerous in battle and fight in such conditions is only if Your combat experience is much greater than the experience of the opponent.
At the beginning of the match you stand face to face with your opponent. In this reception the distance between You and the opponent as he is armed with a bokken plays a huge role.
-
The enemy is in a better position, so it makes no sense to attack him. We need to wait for it to take effect. As soon as the opponent starts his attack, you take a step forward with your left foot and your hands block his right hand. Your right hand blocks the brush, and your left hand blocks the elbow.
-
Once You tightly took a grip over the brush, do a reversal on my left foot. Capture should not weaken or SAG. Your left hand moves under the right elbow of the opponent.
-
Next, you need to bring the enemy out of balance. To do this, pull the right hand down and the left to perform pressure on the elbow up.
-
Now you are in a "strong" position and it remains to perform the opponent's throw. To do this, take a step forward with your left foot and sharply pull the opponent down. At the same time with a throw is executed disarmament of the enemy.
-
