At the heart of the pain reception Yubi-Dori is the impact on the fingers. Fingers are one of the weakest systems of man, so the techniques aimed at them, so effective. By performing a painful reception on the fingers, you can easily get to the control of the enemy, which is stronger and more aggressive than You. Variation of performance of reception may be different, but you must remember one rule: the greatest effect is the capture of two fingers of the enemy. Why two fingers? The answer is simple – when you grab one finger, it can easily break. The capture of three dramatically reduces the reception performance, and the capture of four enemy may escape.

Consider one of the possible situations. You stand face to face with the enemy. He pulls his hand to you, trying to perform the capture.

-
You, acting ahead of the curve, perform the capture of the thumb. Capture has to be strong and sure. After the capture of the strongly squeeze your finger and push it.

-
After that, move your hands to the right and strike with your left hand on the thumb of the enemy. This action will lead to a broken finger.

-
Then sharply change the direction of movement, rotate your right hand in the opposite direction. This technical element will bring the opponent out of balance. Instructors of our school insist not to use this type of Yubi-Dori in case if your life or health is not a direct threat.

-
The most common variant of Yubi-Dori is the capture of two fingers – the index and the middle. Having carried out capture of fingers, expand a brush so that the palm of the contender looked at you. Then raise your hand so that the enemy has to stand on tiptoe. This will give you full control over the enemy.-
