Concentration and attention are the most important tools of a warrior. Without them it is impossible to be adjusted on fight and to use missteps of the opponent. For Aikido setting on the enemy plays an important role, as it is important to use not only their strength, but also the enemy's mistakes and strength. Kokyu-ho-breathing technique that allows you to learn how to control your attention, tune in to the enemy and the ability to concentrate power at a certain point.

Both partners start the fight, sitting across from each other. Uke performs the capture of both wrists tori and pulls it over. Tori, tuned to fight with uke, shifts the center of gravity forward, as if following the movement, and raises his hands up.

Instructors of our school often remind that it is important not just to raise your hands up and do it with a push in the chest uke. This will raise the center of gravity of the uke up and make its position less stable. Due only to the strength of the hands, this technique is not performed, so tori should actively work the whole body, straightening it together with the rise of the hands. The flow of power should go from the pelvis to the hands.

Next, you need to throw uke on the tatami. To do this, tori begins to deploy the body to the left and performs a sharp movement of hands down to the heel of uke. When performing a throw tori should keep an eye on his waist, so it does not bend, and hands – they should not bend. Performing a throw, tori can affect the neck uke edge of the palm. This will make it easier to perform the reception.

After throwing tori does not come out of the fight. He moves forward, improving his position, and performs uke control.

Instructors of our school distinguish several points that are worth paying attention to when performing this technique:

- full concentration during the reception;
- work with the whole body - from the tips of the toes to the tips of the fingers;
- hands and body should work synchronously;
- the rack" does not break", the waist does not bend.
