Tenshin Dojo — it is a style that was founded in 1974 Yuriko Fujitani, the chief instructor of this style at that time was master of the Aikido and Steven Seagal. It is worth noting that the actor was able to become the first foreigner who was able to open his own dojo to teach Aikido. In Japanese, the name “Tansen” means “Heart of Sky" is the name of the dojo was given Naoji, Geguti, which was the third leader of the Omoto. In turn, Steven Seagal is one of the most famous adherents of the teachings of Omoto.

Steven Seagal ruled Tensina dojo in Japan since the Foundation in 1974 until the beginning of the eighties, after which he returned with his family to the United States, where he opened the first branch Tensin in Taos, state of new-Mexico. After the departure of Segal, Manager tansin the dojo became Fujitani Sensei from Osaka.
In the modern world there is a very common misconception about what “Tenshin Aikido” is a specific style in martial arts. In fact it is not. Even the Seagal Sensei does not emit its own Aikido, as a specific style, and in any case not Tansin separates from the classic martial arts. The same is confirmed by all known students Seagal: none of them refers to Tenzin as something separate. As for the Sensei and his students, the terminology does not carry any–or mysterious, special, specific and powerful meanings. For each of them it's just Aikido that is practiced in the dojo Tenshin.
of Course, to deny the fact that Seagal Aikido is unique — is meaningless. It is to those, it's just unique enough to identify itself as a separate style. Unlike many Sensei who in the first place after receiving the title of master, strive to acquire their own style, Seagal such plans and desires.
Based Tenshin Aikido is a very aggressive mental approach, which can be seen in the methodology of teaching by teachers. The club Ten–Chi, we decided to take this aspect of Tenshin Aikido for our students. The fact is that due to the warlike mentality can satisfy the desire of aggression of the person, to their actions, he sought not to it, and to harmony with the world around him.
