After a series of blows, tightly take the opponent's hand with both hands and complete the lock painful reception. It is important to shift the body weight forward. Continuing pressure on the opponent's hand, make him take a weak position.

Next, a sharp movement, place his hand behind his back and take it to the castle. For this purpose it is necessary to press a hand to a back, the left hand to fix an elbow, and the right brush.

This position of the hand allows you to control the enemy, but there are cases when you need to press the opponent to the floor. For this it is necessary to rotate the hand of the opponent, while not weakening the grip. Then sharp movement point the brush downwards – this will bring the opponent off balance. As the center of rotation is the elbow of your opponent.

- all movements must be performed quickly and accurately;
