This technique is ideal for close combat in a confined space. But for its effective use requires advanced coordination and the ability to quickly assess the situation and the position of the opponent's body.
Both opponents start sparring in a standing position. The stance doesn't matter.
Choosing the right moment, you dramatically break the distance and move forward to the enemy. The move is performed in the style of suri-ashi. Your right leg is on the line between the legs of the enemy, and the hands perform the capture of the shoulder and wrist.
Next, it is necessary to coordinate the simultaneous actions of the hands and foot. Right foot you cling to the heel of the right leg of the opponent and pull the leg over. At the same time with this hand You push the enemy back a little to take the weight from the right leg.
After the right leg the opponent starts to fall, pull it down sharply, which will increase the efficiency of administration. Once the enemy is on the floor, step your knee on his thigh. This will fix the opponent in place.
Perform this technique on a concentrated and ready to fight the enemy is difficult. You must first "weaken" the opponent after taking a few blows to the body or head.
